With all leather construction, The Original Pink Sole® cowgirl boot line is hand-crafted by artisans in Leon, Mexico.
What sizes are available in The Original Pink Sole® boots?
We offer size 6-11 and all half sizes. If your size is “soled” out please e-mail
Orders@new.test and we will let you know when they will be back in stock.
How do your boots fit compared with other brands?
Because the Original Pink Sole® cowgirl boot line is one-of- a-kind, we don’t like to compare ourselves to any other brand. You can rest assured that if they don’t slip on like Cinderella’s glass slipper we will exchange for a size that does.
Payment: What forms of payment are accepted?
The Original Pink Sole® cowgirl boot line accepts all major credit cards, and we even offer payment plans through PayPal’s Installment plan program. If you do not qualify for PayPal credit please e-mail Orders@new.test and we can set up an in-house payment plan specific for your needs. Texi Boots will ship once paid in full.
Do you charge sales tax?
Texi Boots, LLC is required to charge sales tax on all orders shipping to or sold in the state of Texas.
How quickly will my Original Pink Sole® cowgirl boots ship to me?
Free Standard shipping is 3-5 business days, however if you can’t wait 3-5 days for your Texi Boots to arrive, please e-mail Orders@new.test and for a fee we can expedite the shipping.
Do you ship internationally?
The Original Pink Sole® cowgirl boots will ship to Canada for a flat $50.00 fee. If you would like them shipped to another country please e-mail Orders@new.test to discuss shipping options for your country.
What is the Texi Boot return policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive your boots and do not fall completely in love, we will accept a return and offer a full refund if the boots are in brand new condition. Because the statement pink sole is what makes the boots unique, if the bottom of the boots are returned scuffed and worn we will be able to issue an exchange, but not a refund.
What if I need to exchange my Texi Boots for a different size?
If your Texi Boots do not fit like Cinderella’s glass slipper just send an e-mail to
Orders@new.test with your requested size exchange. Mail the boots back to the address provided via e-mail (we will refund your shipping cost as well) and your new size will be sent out same day we receive your return.
